We stayed in Al Kiswah Towers for our Umrah trip and had a pleasant experience. the property offers great value for money and is conveniently located, with easy access to taxis that can take you directly to Haram Gate in just 4-5 minutes. the new building was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the 24-hour shuttle service, as well as the shops and amenities within the hotel.
Can’t fault the property in any way! 😊

However, the spacious and well-lit rooms at Al Kiswah Towers, along with the good laundry service, left a positive impression. Overall I would still recommend this hotel.

the hotel is super clean and so close to the shuttle waiting area. the staff were friendly and welcoming - making the stay really comfy. the continuous shuttle service to and from Haram is a big plus!

Convenient on-site shops, helpful shuttle service, close to local attractions, clean and spacious rooms, good housekeeping, nice bathroom and shower.
Felt very fortunate to have stumbled upon it, absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Despite a few minor flaws, my stay at this hotel was a great value for the money. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the pricing was unbeatable. The hotel also offered convenient amenities like shuttle service to the Haram mosque and a variety of on-site shops and services. The staff were friendly and flexible, allowing me to check in early. The cleanliness was good, and the WiFi worked well. it was a great stay for the price.
